How to Manage Your Payment Methods on Pharaohify
Welcome to the Pharaohify Help Center! Managing your payment methods with us is simple and secure. Whether you are a buyer or a seller on our multi-vendor e-commerce platform, you can easily add, remove, or update your payment methods. We currently support PayPal and Instapay. Follow the steps below to ensure your transactions are smooth and secure.
Adding a New Payment Method
Log In to Your Account: Start by signing into your Pharaohify account.
Access Payment Settings: Navigate to the ‘Account Settings’ section found typically under your account name in the top right corner of the homepage. Click on ‘Payment Methods’.
Add a Payment Method: In the Payment Methods section, you will see an option to ‘Add a New Payment Method’. Select this and choose the payment method you wish to add—either PayPal or Instapay.
Enter Your Details: For PayPal, enter your PayPal email address. For Instapay, you will need to provide your account details as prompted. Ensure all details are correct to avoid any issues with payment processing.
Confirm and Save: After entering your details, confirm the information, and click ‘Save’ to add your new payment method.
Removing a Payment Method
Log In to Your Account: Ensure you are logged into your Pharaohify account.
Go to Payment Methods: Navigate to ‘Account Settings’ and select ‘Payment Methods’.
Remove Existing Payment Method: Find the payment method you wish to remove and click on the ‘Remove’ button next to it.
Confirm Removal: You will be asked to confirm the removal of your payment method. Confirm to proceed and successfully remove the payment method from your account.
Updating Existing Payment Method
Access Your Account: Log into your Pharaohify account.
Navigate to Your Payment Settings: Go to ‘Account Settings’ and then to ‘Payment Methods’.
Update Payment Method: Click on the ‘Edit’ option next to the payment method you want to update. You can update the details such as the linked email for PayPal or account details for Instapay.
Save Changes: After making the necessary changes, click ‘Save’ to update your payment information.
Tips for Managing Payment Methods
Security: Always ensure that your payment information is up-to-date and accurate to prevent unauthorized transactions and to facilitate smoother payments.
