Subscription Terms for Pharaohify

Introduction

These Subscription Terms govern the provision of subscriptions by Pharaohify, accessible via www.pharaohify.com, to its services (“Service”). By subscribing to any services provided by Pharaohify, you agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not subscribe to our services.

Subscription

Your subscription to the services at Pharaohify begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will continue without renewal notice until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every month until you cancel. We will automatically charge you the then-current rate for your plan, plus applicable taxes, every month upon renewal until you cancel.

Free Trials

We may offer free trials of our services for a limited period of time. If you enter a service by a free trial, the specific terms of your trial will be provided in the marketing materials describing the particular trial or at registration.

Upon the end of the free trial period, unless you cancel, your subscription will automatically continue at the billed subscription rate. We will require your payment details to begin the free trial. By providing such details, you agree that we may automatically begin charging you for the subscription on the first day following the end of the free trial on a recurring monthly basis. If you do not want this charge, you must cancel the subscription before the end of the free trial period.

Renewal and Cancellation

Your subscription is automatically renewed each month. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time by logging into your account or contacting our support team at support@pharaohify.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

If you cancel your subscription, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term. Your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires, but you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period.

Refunds

Unless legally required, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our services or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Subscription Terms, any price changes to your service will take effect following email notice to you.

Changes to Terms and Services

We reserve the right to modify these Subscription Terms or its policies relating to the Service or Software at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of these Terms on the Service/Website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Subscription Terms. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
