Pharaohify Refund Policy

2. Provide Details: Submit a reason for the refund along with any supporting evidence (e.g., photos of a damaged item).
3. Await Response: Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. You may be asked for additional information or to return the item to the vendor.

Processing Returns and Refunds

• Vendor Approval: The vendor must approve the return based on the condition of the item and compliance with the return policy.
• Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In cases of defective or incorrect items, the vendor will cover return shipping.
• Refund Issuance: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Refund Amount

• Full Refunds: Full refunds will be issued for items returned in their original condition within the stated return period.
• Partial Refunds: In cases where items are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are returned beyond the 30-day return period, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of the vendor.

Non-Refundable Items

• Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.
