Pharaohify Refund Policy
At Pharaohify, we are committed to ensuring that our customers have a satisfying shopping experience. Understanding that sometimes purchases do not go as planned, we have established a clear and fair refund policy. Eligibility for Refunds
- Item Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. This includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

How to Request a Refund
- Contact Customer Service: Start by logging into your Pharaohify account, go to the Orders section, and use the ‘Refund’ button next to the relevant order to initiate a refund request.
- Provide Details: Submit a reason for the refund along with any supporting evidence (e.g., photos of a damaged item).
- Await Response: Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. You may be asked for additional information or to return the item to the vendor.
Processing Returns and Refunds
- Vendor Approval: The vendor must approve the return based on the condition of the item and compliance with the return policy.
- Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In cases of defective or incorrect items, the vendor will cover return shipping.
- Refund Issuance: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Refund Amount
- Full Refunds: Full refunds will be issued for items returned in their original condition within the stated return period.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where items are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are returned beyond the 30-day return period, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of the vendor.
Non-Refundable Items
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.

استخدمت كاميرات إيزيفيز بمختلف إصداراتها، لكنني أرى هذا الإصدار على وجه التحديد أفضل الإصدارات. بسبب الحجم الصغير، وسهولة التثبيت. تضم قاعدتين معدنيتين إحداهما يمكن تثبيتها باللاصق ذو الوجهين “دبل فيس” والقاعدة الأخرى شبيهة ولكن يمكن تثبيتها بالمسامير، وغالبا لن تحتاج إليها كمستخدم. كما يمكن تثبيت الكاميرا على أي جسم معدني بدون قاعدة “لوحة الكهرباء مثلاً”.
زاوية الرؤية عريضة وتتيح كشف الغرفة بالكامل.
اختيار مثالي يمكن تثبيته بسهولة جدًا.

Tiene 3 funciones que no tienen las de marca Tapo y que me encantan, especialmente, la primera que señalo:
– 1) Admite la pantalla dividida. Esto es MUY útil porque, mientras en la mitad superior (o inferior) de tu móvil o iPad estás viendo lo que emite la cámara, en la otra mitad estás usando otra aplicación tranquilamente.
Las de Tapo no admiten pantalla dividida (ni en Android ni en Apple) y te obligan a salir de su app si quieres hacer otra cosa, es decir, o ves la cámara o ves un vídeo en YouTube, o ves la cámara o mandas un wasap, o ves la cámara o navegas por una web, etc… Pero nunca las 2 cosas a la vez. Muy frustrante.
En cambio, con estas de Ezviz, sí puedo hacer multitarea.
– 2) Tiene aplicación para pc Windows (imagino que también para ordenadores Apple), por lo que puedes ver la cámara en directo desde tu ordenador. Consejo: cuando la descargues, usa la web internacional de Ezviz (.com) porque en la web española (.es) el archivo de descarga da error.
Comparando de nuevo, Tapo no tiene app para pc, solo móvil o tablet.
– 3: Incluye “picture in picture”. Si pulsas en ese icono, una mini ventana flotante aparecerá con la cámara emitiendo en directo y se quedará ahí, encima de las demás aplicaciones. Puedes mover la mini ventana al lugar de la pantalla que quieras.
Es una gran función, aunque la mini ventana es demasiado pequeña y a veces se cierra. Eso sí, he descubierto que, si primero usas pantalla dividida y luego pasas a “picture in picture”, aguanta mucho más tiempo sin cerrarse mientras usas otras aplicaciones.
En definitiva, gran sistema operativo el de Ezviz, con opciones de gran utilidad.
Y este modelo en concreto es sencillo pero cumple con todo y trae buena calidad de imagen (hasta 3 niveles; usa la calidad más baja si tu conexión Wi-Fi es más inestable en ese momento o para ahorrar datos).
A mejorar: en este modelo, la cámara admite solo 4 o 5 posiciones y se cambian haciendo mucha fuerza, va como a trompicones, así que propongo que mejore el sistema para ajustar el ángulo de visión, de forma que se pueda rotar más suavemente y así la pongamos en la posición que queramos con más facilidad.

le problème avec les camera IP c’est souvent le logiciel qui va avec. et là l’application ezviz est géniale. Facile à paramétrer. Tu crée ton compte ezviz, tu scannes ton matériel qui est sécurisé par des identifiants (protection AES 128 pour les initiés) . Et ça marche Nickel . Un gamin de 05 ans peut le faire. La détection alarme mouvement et audio est bonne. Via l’application tu reçois une image ou vidéo de la personne qui s’est introduite. La qualité de l’image est top aussi (1080) y compris la nuit. En plus la caméra à un grand angle de vision. Du coup pas la peine d’en acheter 03 ou 4 souvent une seule sécurise bien . J’ai testé d’autre marques genre Foscam, thomson. Je ne fais parti du service clientèle Ezviz mais quand le matos est bon et pas cher il faut le dire.

La cámara cumple su misión, es barata y tiene las mismas opciones que las de la competencia (yi, xisomi, blink, tplink), mas la posibilidad de hacer sonar una sirena si detecta movimiento (se echa de menos que sea una grabación propia, como en el modelo CB3). Le pongo 3 estrellas por la pésima gestión de las grabaciones, diseñada a propósito para que te subscribas a la grabación en su nube.
Lo que cuento a continuación es así en es así en todas las cámaras y mirillas EZVIZ.
En su nube, la app permite borrar y descargar las grabaciones, en la se no se pueden borrar ni descargar, solo reproducirlas y, dando a un botón “grabar” y esperando a que acabe, se graba en nuestra galería, absurdo método de llevar nuestros videos al smartphone.
Confirmado por soporte Ezviz, la única forma de borrar en la se es formatear la se borrándolo todo. Eliminan la gestión de videos en la se a propósito para “forzar” el uso de su nube de pago
