Pharaohify Refund Policy
At Pharaohify, we are committed to ensuring that our customers have a satisfying shopping experience. Understanding that sometimes purchases do not go as planned, we have established a clear and fair refund policy. This policy is designed to protect both our customers and our vendors, providing a straightforward process for handling returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Item Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. This includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery to the customer.
- Exclusions: Certain types of items may be excluded from returns unless defective upon arrival. These include perishable goods, custom-made or personalized items, digital products, and personal care goods.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Customer Service: Start by logging into your Pharaohify account, go to the Orders section, and use the ‘Refund’ button next to the relevant order to initiate a refund request.
- Provide Details: Submit a reason for the refund along with any supporting evidence (e.g., photos of a damaged item).
- Await Response: Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. You may be asked for additional information or to return the item to the vendor.
Processing Returns and Refunds
- Vendor Approval: The vendor must approve the return based on the condition of the item and compliance with the return policy.
- Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In cases of defective or incorrect items, the vendor will cover return shipping.
- Refund Issuance: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Refund Amount
- Full Refunds: Full refunds will be issued for items returned in their original condition within the stated return period.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where items are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are returned beyond the 30-day return period, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of the vendor.
Non-Refundable Items
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.
Exceptions
- Special Circumstances: In the case of defective products or incorrect shipments, full refunds will be issued including shipping costs.

Me ha llegado desprecintada y claramente usada, con manual de instrucciones en italiano, media hora con ella y ya me estaba saltando advertencias de alta temperatura y estando muy caliente, he ido a por la XT5, no hay color, y el tamaño y peso no es tan diferente

Dies ist meine erste Fuji Kamera, vorher hatte ich eine Sony a6300. Die 6300er habe ich aufgrund des fehlenden Stabis abgegeben. Ich muss sagen, ich bin sehr zufrieden. Ich bin kein Profi, ich fotografiere nur sehr gerne -und das mit, na ja, ich sag mal Mittelklassekameras, da die für meine Zwecke vollkommen ausreichend sind. An die Bedienung der Fuji muss ich erst gewöhnen, aber die ersten Tage haben eigentlich ganz gut geklappt. Die Augenerkennung klappt sehr gut, hab ich mal bei unserem Hund selbst auf mehreren Metern Entfernung gut ausprobieren können. Auch bei Menschen, Katzen, Vögeln und Pferden. Hauttöne werden bei Portraits sehr schön wiedergegeben. Der Autofocus springt in der Automatik, z.B. bei Blumen schon mal auf auf einen anderer Punkt, ist aber trotzdem recht zuverlässig. Geht es sportlicher zu, sollte man der Auslöser erst kurz am ersten Druckpunkt halten, bis der Focus sitzt, dann durchdrücken, sonst kann es evtl zu einer Fehlfocussierung kommen. Aber auch das passiert nur sehr selten. Die Bildqualität an sich ist sehr gut, mit der Schnelligkeit bin ich auch sehr zufrieden. Die Verarbeitung ist über jeden Zweifel erhaben, das Beste, was ich bisher in der Hand hatte. Rückmeldung und Widerstand der Drehräder und Auslöseknopf ist hervorragend! Die Übertragung funktioniert mit der App ausreichend schnell, wird allerdings wohl länger dauern, wenn man hunderte an Bildern überträgt. Die Einrichtung der App und Verbindung zum Handy funktionierte anstandslos!
Es wird bestimmt noch einige Zeit dauern, bis ich mich an die Fuji gewöhnt habe und sie voll ausschöpfen kann, aber ich freue mich auf diese Zeit, denn sie hat ein sehr hohes Potential und eine hohe Qualität. Auch das Kit-Objektiv ist wirklich gut, da hatte ich schon ganz Andere! 😉
Da man das Kit-Objektiv entsprechend günstiger bekommt, lohnt es sich meiner Meinung nach. Einzeln hätte ich mich evtl. für ein anderes, besseres entschieden. Wahrscheinlich für das 16-55 F2.8.
Das nächste Objektiv wird dann wohl ein Makro sein, ich freue mich drauf! 🙂
Insgesamt bin ich vorerst wirklich sehr zufrieden.
