Processing Returns and Refunds

• Vendor Approval: The vendor must approve the return based on the condition of the item and compliance with the return policy.
• Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In cases of defective or incorrect items, the vendor will cover return shipping.

Refund Amount
