Pharaohify Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

How to Request a Refund
- Contact Customer Service: Start by logging into your Pharaohify account, go to the Orders section, and use the ‘Refund’ button next to the relevant order to initiate a refund request.
- Provide Details: Submit a reason for the refund along with any supporting evidence (e.g., photos of a damaged item).
- Await Response: Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. You may be asked for additional information or to return the item to the vendor.
Processing Returns and Refunds
- Vendor Approval: The vendor must approve the return based on the condition of the item and compliance with the return policy.
- Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In cases of defective or incorrect items, the vendor will cover return shipping.
- Refund Issuance: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Refund Amount
- Full Refunds: Full refunds will be issued for items returned in their original condition within the stated return period.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where items are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are returned beyond the 30-day return period, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of the vendor.
Non-Refundable Items
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.
Exceptions
- Special Circumstances: In the case of defective products or incorrect shipments, full refunds will be issued including shipping costs.

الكاميرا كويسة لكن محتاجة شبكة الواي فاي قريبة منها بشكل كافي وده خلاني اعدل مكان الراوتر عكس كاميرات ezivz بتلقط بشكل فعال جدا وسلسة اكتر من التابو او تبي لنك عموما لسه اول يومين لو ظهر اي مشكلة هعدل التقييم
فى البدايه كان من غير صوت ومن ثم جاء الصوت فى الياي اللولبى وهذا يزعجنى كثير شكرا –
المنتج صورة واضحه لكنالكاميرا بتقطع الفديو والواي فاى جيد جدا لكن لا اعرف لماذا يتم التقطيع هكذا واتمنى الاقى رد على شكوتى عشان انا مستاء من هذه الكاميرا جدا

هناك بعض العيوب في تحركها والتسجيل الصوتي للكاميرا مش بيكون واضح.. لا أدري هل بسبب النت أم أن الكاميرا يجب أن تكون داخلية؟!! .. سأتبعها مرة ان تغيرن تلك العيوب سوف أغير التقييم لاني أحب شركة تي لينك أتمني يكون في خدمة ما بعد البيع

Telecamera da esterno eccellente, la qualità dell’immagine è molto buona, l’audio discreto. L’installazione è facile, non ho trovato difficoltà, inoltre basta una scheda microsd e registra tranquillamente in modalità continua anche in assenza di segnale wi-fi. Via internet si può controllare da remoto, spostandola e settando anche il livello del microfono e la risoluzione (720p e 1080p), meglio però fare in modo che ricevi un buon segnale wi-fi. C’è la modalità fissa (un’inquadratura ferma) e quella “patrol” che può passare in rassegna varie inquadrature precedentemente impostate. E’ una settimana ormai che l’ho installata e non ha perso un minuto di registrazione (microSD da 8 Gb), da remoto si può controllare la timeline e rivedere le parti registrate giorno per giorno, con la possibilità anche di estrapolare un video oltre a poter registrare e scattare istantanee in live. L’app è molto facile da usare, ho testato sia la versione Android sia quella iOS ed è davvero ben concepita, la si può usare anche col 4G a distanza o sotto un’altra rete, non dovete per forza essere sulla stessa rete della telecamera, quindi se vi trovate in vacanza o al lavoro potrete comunque dare un’occhiata a ciò che accade quando non ci siete. Ovviamente la straconsiglio: a questo prezzo credo sia difficile trovare di meglio. Grazie Amazon!
