Pharaohify Refund Policy
At Pharaohify, we are committed to ensuring that our customers have a satisfying shopping experience. Understanding that sometimes purchases do not go as planned, we have established a clear and fair refund policy. This policy is designed to protect both our customers and our vendors, providing a straightforward process for handling returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Item Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. This includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery to the customer.
- Exclusions: Certain types of items may be excluded from returns unless defective upon arrival. These include perishable goods, custom-made or personalized items, digital products, and personal care goods.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Customer Service: Start by logging into your Pharaohify account, go to the Orders section, and use the ‘Refund’ button next to the relevant order to initiate a refund request.
- Provide Details: Submit a reason for the refund along with any supporting evidence (e.g., photos of a damaged item).
- Await Response: Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. You may be asked for additional information or to return the item to the vendor.
Processing Returns and Refunds
- Vendor Approval: The vendor must approve the return based on the condition of the item and compliance with the return policy.
- Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In cases of defective or incorrect items, the vendor will cover return shipping.
- Refund Issuance: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Refund Amount
- Full Refunds: Full refunds will be issued for items returned in their original condition within the stated return period.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where items are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are returned beyond the 30-day return period, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of the vendor.
Non-Refundable Items
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.
Exceptions
- Special Circumstances: In the case of defective products or incorrect shipments, full refunds will be issued including shipping costs.
- Extended Holiday Returns: During the holiday season, we offer an extended returns period, which will be clearly communicated during the holiday sales.

I got this for a bird feeder with a camera. The software in the camera has the formatting built in so I didn’t have to figure out how to format the memory card. It is working great taking pictures of lots of birds feeding in my back yard.

جربت قطعة واحدة من المنتج وعندما وجدت أنها تعمل بكفاءة دون مشاكل طلبت قطعة أخرى فى اليوم التالى مباشرة ..فعلآ سمعة سانديسك ممتازة …الشكوى فقط من سلوك مندوبين التوصيل من أمازون فهو يطلب مبلغ أزيد من المبلغ المطلوب والذى أعلمه جيدآ من الرسائل التى تصلنى على الإيميل وهذا التصرف تكرر كثيرآ معى شخصيا حيث أننى أمتلك حسابين على أمازون من سنوات طويلة منذ أن كانت سوق دوت كوم من أكثر من 15عام وهذا يحدث الأن بكثرة فى أمازون بسبب أن الطرد يصل للعميل غير مدون عليه المبلغ الذى وصله فى رسالة سابقة على الإيميل ومن هنا يتلاعب مندوب التوصيل ويطلب مبلغ أكبر إلا إذا كان العميل أطلع الإيميل قبلها ..يجب تدوين المبلغ على الطرد كما كان يحدث أيام سوق دوت كوم
