Pharaohify Refund Policy

  2. Provide Details: Submit a reason for the refund along with any supporting evidence (e.g., photos of a damaged item).
  3. Await Response: Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. You may be asked for additional information or to return the item to the vendor.

Processing Returns and Refunds

  • Vendor Approval: The vendor must approve the return based on the condition of the item and compliance with the return policy.
  • Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In cases of defective or incorrect items, the vendor will cover return shipping.
  • Refund Issuance: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Refund Amount

  • Full Refunds: Full refunds will be issued for items returned in their original condition within the stated return period.

Non-Refundable Items

    PC Gaming has usually been out of reach for me, as a result of cost, but I recently built a new gaming PC and wanted a chair that was a bit more comfortable for longer gaming sessions. I’ve never owned a “gaming” chair, especially one with a foot rest, but gave this a shot after seeing a limited sale. The price was right in the range I was willing to pay, and I have not been disappointed. I loved this chair so much, another friend of mine bought the same one. Assembly was fairly straight forward. All the bolts were already screwed in loosely, which confirmed there wasn’t any stripping of bolts. This honestly made the assembly easy, since I didn’t have to look around for each one. The foot rest is plenty long for my 5’9″ height, and allows my legs better comfort when I’m playing a game. The cushion is fairly supportive, and I have yet to have any issues with the chair back not being held in place when reclining.

    Overall, I’d recommend this chair for anyone that wants some comfort along the arm rests, and that appreciate a comfortable position when gaming at their desk.

    I like the color. The chair is wobbly and doesn’t lock in place to keep from tipping. The arm rests are cheap and won’t tighten down. Instructions are generic with very little written explanation of pictures. The knumatic part of chair won’t lock in place and it doesn’t work. It won’t go up or down. Very disappointed with this purchase, I game for hours and this was to be my chair. As a large person sitting in it feels like it will brake. Total bummer.

    Purchased for my son for Christmas. Last night the base snapped. Looks like bad welding? For the price I expected it to last longer than 3 weeks!
    Trying to figure out how to get a replacement now…

    finally i was able to find a gaming chair that fits me well, isnt too tall or too short, is cute and has all the functions i need it to have!! its the perfect size for me. this is the first time the neck pillow on a chair actually sat where its supposed to and not at the top of my head pushing my head forward awkwardly/painfully. lumbar is pretty good, i think it will get better with wear when it flattens a bit more though. i might get a diff lumbar pillow. the rabbit ears are cute though not the best quality. it was easy and quick to put together!

    The chair base part that screws into the bottom of the seat, and the star, have gotten bent where the lift piston cylinder are held so it feels like the chair is tilting forward. And the cushion has flattened so now I have to sit on a cushion. The seller sent 1 of 4 bad parts and thinks the 1 part sent is all I need to fix it. I can see now why the protection plan people do not want to offer a protection plan on this. Time to start looking for a proper chair elsewhere.

    update 2021 dec 15: It looks like now the Allstate (squaretrade) protection plans are available for the chair. I recommend getting the plans if you get this chair because the chair will fail. However, you will need to put the broken chair in storage and file the claim a little after a year has passed from the date you received the chair, because Allstate/squaretrade does not do anything during the first year. Soontrans claims to have a warranty but it only means they pay off less than half, less than $50%, when the chair fails. I got the payout and got new parts to replace the bad wheel base, lift, and lift control, and am using a different cushion that I already had. It got to the point where I didn’t feel like dealing with rip-off sellers anymore so accepted the less than 50% payout because the payout comes close to covering the replacement parts, and I have learned the lesson about where NOT to buy chairs.

    When the base fails on the so called big and tall version because it cannot handle more than 200lbs, I have found a base that completely works. Rated for 330lbs, but so far feels like it is less likely to fail. At the very least, this chair base works. Wheel star, wheels, lift cylinder, and lift control that screws to the underside of the chair exact same size as soontrans big and tall so can be easily swapped out.
